1. Is Mind Home a Training Institute or a Company?
Mind Home is a Training Institute which is established as the ‘Mind Home Multieducational Society’.  The Institute has been conformed to the Quality Management Standard ISO 9001-2008 for proving practical hands-on training in different Computer Softwares prevalent in Market.  To maintain its brand and reputation, the Institution name has been registered with the Controller General of Patents, Design & Trade Marks, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India.
 
2. How Mind Home is different from other Training Institute?
The fundamental difference between Mind Home and other Training Instityute is in the Quality and Methodology of Training. Basically modules/curriculum of all training Institute may be same but the difference is in delivery/implementation of training modules. In all sorts of training, it is the trainer that has major role to play. If trainer is good, training shall undoubtedly be good. We can boast of having highly qualified, experienced and renowned professional faculty.
 
3. Do you provide FREE demo classes?
All training courses offered by us are for those students who have rich experience of visiting various similar institutions.  Such students can easily spot, through mouth publicity, the quality of training being provided by Mind Home.  Therefore, we are confident enough to manage the satisfaction level of the students. Hence, we do not provide any free demo class. 
 
4. Do I need to pay registration fee or training fee at the time of joining?
Yes, you have to pay registration fee and course fee at the time of joining.  Without paying all the dues, no class is given to the students.  All fees are non-refundable. However, the fees may be adjusted in some other training programmes.   This facility shall remain valid for 1 year.
 
5. How can I register for a course?
To register for any training course, visit our campus or call the Course Co-ordinator on the numbers given on contact us page.  You can also download the application form from the Mind Home’s website and the filled-in form, along with other necessary documents and fees, may be submitted to the Institute on any working days.  The office of the Institute is open from 7 A.M. to 9 P.M. (Monday to Saturday).
 
6. Shall I be given live projects or assignments during my Training?
Yes, all the trainees shall work on live projects or assignments & Test provided by Mind Home during the training.  The students are required to complete all Computer Assignments and Tests to evaluate their performances.
 
7. Shall I receive Training Certificates?
Yes, Training certificate shall be issued by Mind Home Multieducational Society after successful completion of the course.  The students may obtain it after completing some formalities.
 
8. Are there contents of  training programs fixed for flesible?
The contents of all the courses are fixed and can not be changed.  However, one Training Course may be allowed to be converted into other course subject to the specific terms and conditions of the Institute. 

9. Is there any provision of taking breaks during exams?
Yes, students can take breaks during their exams and can resume it later without paying any fee. Apart from this, Students can attend batches for revision even after completion of their courses.
 
10. What is the fee of training programs?

11. Is there any facility of group discounts?
No, Mind Home doesn't offer any group or special discounts.  However, there is provision of 10% flat discount on paying lump sum fee in advance.  Apart from this, some schemes are flagged time to time depending upon the circumstances.  The students may see all such schemes on Mind Home’s authorized web site.
 
12. Can fee be paid in installments?
Yes, lump sum fee can be paid in two equal installments but within a period of 30 days, if course duration is 6 months or above.
 
13. Is there any timing of labs?
Lab is open from 7 A.M. to 9 P.M. five days a week  (Mon. to Friday). But the students may request for practice on Saturdays.  2nd Saturday of every month will be OFF day.  However, Privileged course students are allowed to continue Typing Training on every Saturday.
 
14. What is the duration of classes?
Normally Training time is of 1 hour duration. but some Training courses are of 2 hour duration.  Details may be seen from Course Tab on the Home page.
 
15. Is there any Job Assistance after Training?
Mind Home doesn't indulge in false commitments of 100% job placement.  We provide genuine job assistance to employ them in different market segments.
 
16. Does Mind Home provide free Training?
No, Mind Home doesn't provide free training.  The Institute charges very nominal fee.  However, the Institute makes efforts to elevate the economically weaker sections of our society imparting the same education without burdening them financially.
 
17. How many students are enrolled in a batch?
We do not have any batch system.  We adopt 1:1 policy and provide individual training to the student on his individual computer allotted to him specifically.

18. Does the Institute offer any Higher Academic/Professional Courses?
The Institute has recently got affiliation with some UGC recognised Universities.  The Institute is now a approved 'Admission cum Counseling Centre' of some Universities and the Institute is now offering some approved and currently valid courses.  Details may be seen in Courses Tab on Home page.
